Leaders: To have or not to have?

In every society, religion, political party, or business, there are always some people who guide, can show the path, and can inspire others are called leaders. History knows many examples of people who were able to lead others inspired by various social and military exploits. Now the question is: how the world will look without a leader?
Let us consider two sides of the coin where we can figure out the pros and cons of every situation. First, we talk about the pros: Without a leader, people will understand that the world will directly promote freedom of thinking. Now let this sink for a minute. In reality, people don’t even know their purpose because one sees any leader make them their ideal and starts to follow them. Without leaders, they will begin to build their property, defense, and everything else that matters. And the same principle applies to the workplace because, without a leader in a large organization, the work would get done randomly at great.
But is it possible in real? As we go back in history, it is purely evident we always needed a leader in a democracy or monarchy.
It is hard to imagine the modern world without leaders as the world will collapse into pieces, and chaos and anarchy will be present everywhere.
Without a leader, the country wouldn’t be a country anymore; it would be free for all and could be an absolute disaster. There will also be many aspects of decentralization in informal settlements worldwide without leaders. As we were talking about the workplace, without a leader, it is more, possible that work would not be done at all, and everyone would want to be superior. Again you need the leader to coordinate and give large-scale purposes.

Overall, when we envision a world that is, in fact, void of leadership,
This world will go back to the old days of absolutely unorganized states and will soon cease to exist. From animals to humans, we all need leadership to maintain the normality of life and adherence to rules of conduct. As we see how the other ants follow another ant of a similar nature, we need leaders who can show us the path and take charge. We need a leader to maintain public order, have an organized society, and prosper.
