A graduate in Mechanical Engineering I was one of those individuals who didn’t want to go with the flow as it is called now. A little disillusioned with this particular thought is how I initiated my first start-up to break from the mould. While that didn’t exactly pan out the way I had hoped it would, it brought clarity to my thoughts and a year pursuing my career in the fertilizer industry I knew in what direction I wanted my life to head.
Being from an environmentally sensitive and an energy intensive area I know that my decision to join SIIB is one of the best that I’ve taken. Meeting hordes of people from various walks of life, listening to rich experiences, identifying perspectives and viewpoints that I never knew, SIIB has been a culmination of exceptional and insightful know-hows of the business environment. I’ve always been fascinated by the crop of people who were very clear about what they wanted out of life. This happened only a little later for me. SIIB has been instrumental in sharpening my focus and helping me be clear about where I want to be in the future. With an opportunity to pursue my internship in EY, and hoping to rub shoulders with some of the stalwarts of the industry, I aspire to put into good use the skills I’ve picked up over the course of time in the MBA program of SIIB
